Please keep in mind a few important things regarding your loan.
1) PAST DUE PAYMENTS: If you are past due on your payment please make sure to contact us right away.
We understand people run into problems here and there but we do expect payments to be made on time. If there are any issues please contact us and make sure to respond to any calls or emails we send you.
2) CHANGE OF YOUR INFORMATION: Please make sure if you have a change of phone#, address or job that you contact us with the new information.
3) INSURANCE AND ACCIDENTS: Full coverage insurance is required at all times. If you get in an accident and don't have full coverage you won't have the money to pay off your loan. It is also required by contract to keep the vehicle covered.
VERY IMPORTANT: If you are in an accident and there is damage to the car or totalled out then please contact us ASAP and we will assist you with the claim in getting your loan paid out with us. We must know of any accidents or damage to the vehicle.
4) VEHICLE PROBLEMS: If you are having trouble with your vehicle and cannot afford repairs and payments then contact us to see if we have a program that would work for you. We don't want you to return your vehicle just because it needs repairs. There are options and any vehicle you buy anywhere is going to have repairs eventually so I would hate you to lose a vehicle and get a repo on your credit just because it needs some repairs and you don't have the money. We do have some options that can help you.

How long do you allow me to pay past due date?
We offer no grace periods. When you signed the contract it stated payments must be due on the exact date or before as agreed to which is usually every 2 weeks in the majority of cases. If you pay past your due date you will be subject to collection efforts, past due fees and possible repossession.
I am having issues with the car and can't afford
The customer is responsible for all repairs on the vehicle. However, if you are a good account and have good pay history there may be some options available. Call us and check.
Can I trade the car in?
With enough money you can always trade. If you have less than $1000 to put toward another car then your payoff generally has to be 4000 or less depending on condition of car. If you want to use trade-in as equity then the car needs to be worth more than you owe. However, there are always options and we can look. If you payoff is $4500 or less then call us. We may be able to trade you if you have around $1000 to put down. It all depends on what your vehicle is worth. If not sure then just call us. May even be able to do 0 down. Just depends on the trade and your payoff and car you are looking at.
